Junior School Sports
The Junior School Sports are scheduled for Thursday 1st April. If you can volunteer your time to help on this day then please email us at sport@sjwarrnambool.catholic.edu.au
Thanks to those who have already sent through their details, including your Working With Children Check number. The timetable of events will be available from next week.
Parents are permitted onsite on the day with a cap of 1,000 people onsite at any time (this includes our 603 students, plus 80 staff). Anyone over the age of 1 is included in this 1,000 cap. Entry via the gate between the hall and the school with covid safety plans in place, eg QR scan, hand santiser and numbers in/out counted.
Swimming
Well done to all our swimmers who competed last Friday in the Division Swimming Finals. St Joseph’s were again on display with their fantastic sportsmanship and wonderful swimming. A team of 21 swimmers have advanced to the Regional Swimming Championships which are scheduled for this Friday 19th March, in Horsham. We would like to congratulate everyone on their efforts and good luck to the following students who have qualified.

Upcoming dates and events
District Athletics are scheduled for Monday 29th March at Brauerander Park, Warrnambool. The students who will be representing our school will be printed and put up on our Sports Noticeboard at school this week and Permission Notes will be sent electronically next week.
