LIBRARY NEWS
Welcome to the Library for 2021! It has been great to see all the students in this term, borrowing and hanging out.
It is wonderful that we can now have our regular lunchtime open Library sessions again (1:45 - 2:15).
This year the students will be borrowing in the Digi Tech lessons (Digital and Information Technology). Please see the information below if you are unsure which day your child has their lesson.
Monday: E3 - Mrs Lloyd C2, C3, C5 - Mrs Hyland
Tuesday: F4, F5, F6 and F7 - Mrs Gercovich, D3 and D1- Mrs McCoy, D5, B1, C4, B8 - Mrs Hyland
Wednesday: D6 and D7, B7, B4 and B3 - Mrs Hyland
Thursday: D4, D2, B5, B6, B3 - Mrs Hyland, E1, E2 and E5 - Mrs Lloyd
Students should have their book bags on these days to put the Library books in as this helps keep the borrowed books away from drink, food dirt etc. Foundation, Year 1 and 2 students are able to borrow up to 4 books each week and Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 students can borrow up to 6 books. Books can be kept for up to 2 weeks. Each class has a Library Tub for the students to place in any books they are returning.
The Library is open before and after school, as well as lunchtime, for borrowing. If you have any queries about the Library, borrowing or books etc please feel free to come in and see us, or send a note in your student’s diary (Grades 2 - 6).
