Week 3 - Called by the Spirit

This week the Confirmation Candidates are working on Session 3 - Called by the Spirit. The coming of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost gave the disciples the power and strength to go out and live like Jesus and tell others about Jesus: the Spirit called them into action. It is this same Spirit, whom we received at Baptism, who now calls us into action.

A message from the Parish

Children of our Parish have begun formal preparation for the celebration of the sacrament. Please keep the children and their parents in your prayers as they prepare ‘at home’ for this program. The Parish Sacramental Team will review options and advise when the sacrament is to take place.

Stole

Parents will have received an iron on Confirmation transfer for their child. The photograph below is an indication of a suggested placement of the next three Sacraments - Confirmation, Eucharist and Reconciliation. Wear the stole with the Baptism and Diocese transfers on the right side.
