FOUNDATION DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH
Digital Technology use and associated psychosocial well-being: child and teacher perspectives.
We are inviting students in Foundation at St Joseph's to take part in a research project regarding children’s typical use of digital technology across home and school settings.
St Josephs is participating in a study of children’s digital technology use and wellbeing being undertaken by researchers from Deakin University, and the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child.
The research being conducted has a positive focus in exploring child and teacher perspectives regarding the typical experience of children with digital technology, alongside discovering what aspects of these experiences may prove most beneficial for young primary students’ well-being.
All Foundation Parents will receive further information via email directly asking for permissions for their child to be involved in the research project.
