Cricket
Our Year 6 boys cricket team took out the Regional championship in Ballarat last week, the boys played a total of 5 games, winning each one as they progressed through the tournament. This sees them move onto the State championship in St. Kilda on the Friday 1st December. Good luck boys!
Basketball
A huge congratulations to our Year 6 boys basketball team. The boys had the difficult task of a day of basketball against quality opposition at the State level championship held at MSAC last week. The boys won 2 out of their 3 group stage games, which was enough to qualify for the final on percentage. We came up against a very well drilled Serpell Primary, the game was neck and neck for the whole 30 minutes, and in the end our boys narrowly went down by a mere 2 points, an incredible achievement to be crowned second best in the state! Well done boys.
