Yesterday, St.Joseph's held the District Netball Tournament. For our first game we played against St.Pius and had a comfortable win. 31-0.
Next, we played against East Warrnambool who we defeated 22-4. For our third game we took on a competitive Our Lady Help Of Christians, but we were good enough to win 20-4.
For our fourth and final game we played our toughest opponent for the day in Warrnambool Primary School. It was a tight contest but we came away with the win in our last game 12-6.
Winning all of our games saw us finish on top of the ladder and advance to Divisions next Friday. Congratulations to all of our Netballers. Special thanks to Mrs.Chow and Ms.Thomas for coaching and training us.

Last Thursday, the St Joseph’s soccer team went to the Jones Oval for a round robin against WEPS, OLHC, St Pius and Warrnambool Primary School.
First we played St Pius and won 9-0. Next we played olhc which we won 6-0. Afterwards, we had a bye and some lunch. In our 3rd game, we played East Warrnambool, it was our most difficult game, though we still won 5-0. Our final game was against Warrnambool Primary School and we won that 8-0 meaning we are off to divisions. We would like to thank Jeff and Mr Gray and all the parents for supporting the team and referees for running the event.
Tee Ball Boys and Girls
Our Boys Tee ball won one game and lost two, but were great sports and played well. The girls won all their matches and won through to the next stage. A big thank you to Michelle for coaching the team over the past few weeks.
