Girls Footy

On Thursday 9th June, our girls football team ventured out to Dennington recreation reserve for the Division competition. Coached by Mr. O’Brien, our girls played hard but fair all day, and in the end finished on top of the round robin ladder, meaning they will progress to the Regional finals this Friday 17th June. Well done to the girls and Mr. O’Brien.

Boys Footy

Our boys football team had another successful day at the Division competition on the 10th June at the Walter oval here in Warrnambool. Exceptional teamwork and determination saw the boys finish top of the ladder at the end of the round robin tournament, seeing them also progress to the Regional finals this Friday 17th June. Congratulations to all in the team.

Hockey trials

Hockey is coming up in term 3 week 1, with the Division competition taking place on Friday 14th July. This year we are lucky enough to have Belinda Van Zelst coach for us, thanks very much Belinda. The first hockey trial will be held on Tuesday 15th June at lunch time, students who wish to come along are encouraged to wear their sports uniform. There will be another hockey training the following week on Tuesday 21st June.
