Cross Country
Conditions for cross country running are normally wet and muddy. But unseasonably warm conditions greeted the St Joseph's cross country team of 35 for the District Cross Country Championships. The event started and finished at South Rovers, with runners traversing either a 2km or 3km course around Albert Park. It was pleasing to witness every runner from our school finish their event. There were some incredible results, particularly the Year 5 and 6 girls, with 10 of the 11 girls qualifying for the next event, held at Deakin University. Our impressive results meant that St Josephs were the overall winner and also won the trophy based on the number of students in the schools that took part.
The next stage for cross country is Division, which will be held at Deakin University on Monday 23rd May. Good luck to all students representing our school.
Tennis
A big congratulations to our very own tennis star, Hudson Greene, for progressing onto the state finals in tennis, a huge achievement!
Golf
Good luck to all students who are competing in Golf this Friday at Warrnambool Golf Course.
Winter Sports

Trials/training have begun for the above mentioned sports. This week's training schedule is below. Students are able to wear their sports uniform on these days.
