A warm welcome back to our staff, families and students for the 2020 school year. We hope that you have all had an enjoyable break with your family and friends and wish you all the best for the school year.
This newsletter is a short newsletter which contains important and useful information for our first week of the year.
On either Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th January your child needs to attend a Literacy Interview with their classroom teacher.
Bookings are made via PAM and parents can log in to check their times and make changes if necessary. Contact the office if you need assistance.
Our school year commences on Friday 31st January at 9:00AM and concludes at 3:25pm.
Please send your child with their hat, snack and school lunch (no school lunches on this day) and remind them where they will be collected at the end of the day.
Our school canteen operates 5 days a week and commences operation for the year on Monday 3rd February 2020.
For any families that have travelled through any parts of China or on any China Air Lines over the January period if you could please notify the school.
As we commence 2020 we require all families to login to PAM and update their child's Medical Information. Please take the time to check that all information is correct.
This information assists with our electronic permission forms that is a feature in PAM, we require you to update the Medical Profile for your child/ren. If your child has an Asthma, Anaphylactic or Allergy Plan, letters will have been sent in December to have these updated over the January period.
Please follow the instructions below to update a medical profile for each of your children by:
- Click on link to PAM (found on our webpage or SZapp)
- Click on student (if more than 1 child, this will need to be done individually)
- Click on Medical Profile (blue writing to the left of screen)
- Check all questions and select Edit Details for updates to be made.
- Once you get to the end of the questions please confirm by clicking on the Green “Update Details” Box found at the bottom right of screen.
As a parent/guardian you are able to access your child/rens medical profile on PAM at any time to update as needed. Administration will send out reminders each term in 2020 requesting you update any necessary information.
If you have any queries or require your PAM login details, please do not hesitate to get in contact with the office.
