We currently have 153 family out of around 400 families. We still need more help and encourage all families to contribute to the Fair to share the workload of our Fair Community. We ask for volunteers to offer 2 hours of their time on the day of the Fair to assist with a stall or activity of their choice.
Please keep the donations coming in. Decluttering your house can be such a rewarding feeling especially when you are passing your items along to a good cause.
Our Fairy Kingdom needs a revamp and we are looking for someone to work with the Fair Committee to create a lovely space for The Colour Angel who will be painting faces on the day of the Fair.
If you have an interest in this area please contact the office, you will get lots of support and help leading up to, and on the day of the Fair.
Create a lego design to display in the Construction Zone at the Fair.
Prizes will be awarded based on original ideas.
Lego entries need to have your name, age and room number.
Entries are to be brought to Room C1 on Friday before the Fair (Week 8).
Items displayed will be able to be viewed in the Lego room but blocked so that they can’t be touched.
Any queries see Mrs Hovey.
We are very pleased with the quick response from our families in regards to completing the Fair Volunteer Roster. We ask that all families complete this form to indicate where they can help or if they are unable to assist.
We need everyones support to share the workload. Thank you.

Helen Sheedy has been our Fair Co-ordinator for the past 4 years. This is Helen's last year as a parent at our school and her last year in the role of Fair Coordinator.
Helen is keen to mentor someone who would be interested in taking on this role for 2020. Helen has a background in event management and this role would suit someone who has an interest in this area.
The strength of the Fair Committee lies in the sharing of the workload and most stalls and areas have at least two experienced co-ordinators who support the Fair Coordinator.
Leading up to the Fair there would be approx 10 hours of phone calls and contact and then a busy Fair week and then two full days on the weekend of the Fair.
Helen says that the role is "hugely rewarding and satisfying".
Please contact Michael Gray if you think this role would be of interest to you.
FARMERS MARKET STALL CO-ORDINATOR NEEDED
Our Famer's Market requires a co-ordinator for the Fair. This would suit an organised person who has a passion for gardening and some spare time leading up to the Fair. This role would work well with a small team of helpers.
The Fair Committee would provide support and assistance to the new co-ordinator.
Contact Michael Gray or Helen Sheedy if you are interested.
All families should now have received a book of 10 raffle tickets that we ask each family to sell or perhaps buy yourself. Thank you to the families who have already returned them. More books are available from the office if you have already sold yours.
There are some great prizes to be won.
Please consider supporting our Fair Sponsors who have donated prizes for our Raffle.
Please return the Raffle Ticket butts to the school by Friday 22nd March, 2019. Thank you.
If you are renowned for a speciality cake or slice or are an aspiring Master Chef please consider a donation showcasing your talents to the Devonshire Tea Stall.
