POSITION VACANCY - 2020 FAIR CO-ORDINATOR
Helen Sheedy has been our Fair Co-ordinator for the past 4 years. This is Helen's last year as a parent at our school and her last year in the role of Fair Coordinator.
Helen is keen to mentor someone who would be interested in taking on this role for 2020. Helen has a background in event management and this role would suit someone who has an interest in this area.
The strength of the Fair Committee lies in the sharing of the workload and most stalls and areas have at least two experienced co-ordinators who support the Fair Coordinator.
Leading up to the Fair there would be approx 10 hours of phone calls and contact and then a busy Fair week and then two full days on the weekend of the Fair.
Helen says that the role is "hugely rewarding and satisfying".
Please contact Michael Gray if you think this role would be of interest to you.
FARMERS MARKET STALL CO-ORDINATOR NEEDED
Our Famer's Market requires a co-ordinator for the Fair. This would suit an organised person who has a passion for gardening and some spare time leading up to the Fair. This role would work well with a small team of helpers.
The Fair Committee would provide support and assistance to the new co-ordinator.
Contact Michael Gray or Helen Sheedy if you are interested.
If you are renowned for a speciality cake or slice or are an aspiring Master Chef please consider a donation showcasing your talents to the Devonshire Tea Stall.
